The Stone Plan

As part of the Stone plan you will:

  • Receive private training tailored to your abilities and requirements
  • A bespoke fitness and diet plan prepared
  • Your weight, % body fat and muscle mass fitness levels tracked regularly
  • Home training plan and personal training folder
  • 6-Week Starter Plan and beyond…

The 6-week starter plan will give you the groundworks, to ensure you hit the road running with your fitness and nutritional plan. This plan can be extended on a weekly or monthly basis after your 6-week induction and will be bespoke designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. So whether it’s training for a challenge eg. marathon, Wolf Run, fitness competition maybe, rehabilitation after an injury or illness or simply one to one training to give you the confidence to start or go back to training, Emma can help.


  • 6-week starter plan – £225.00
  • Pay as you go – £45.00 per hour
  • Pay as you go with a friend – £59.00
